Order Processing

Payment Verification

Orders are processed only after payment has been successfully authorized and verified.

Business Days

Orders are processed Monday through Friday (EST), excluding major U.S. postal holidays, including New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will begin processing on the next business day. Orders submitted on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Shipping Carriers

Orders may be shipped using trusted logistics providers including USPS, DHL, EMS, and local postal carriers depending on package destination, fulfillment availability, and carrier capacity.

Order Tracking

After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once the shipment has been processed and dispatched, a separate shipping confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to you.

Tracking information may require approximately 3–7 days to appear in the carrier’s system. If tracking updates are temporarily unavailable, it generally means the package has not yet been scanned by the shipping carrier.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout. Lukeministries is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Undeliverable Packages

If an order is returned due to an invalid or undeliverable address, customers may be responsible for any applicable reshipping fees.

In certain cases, unclaimed returned packages may be disposed of by the carrier or fulfillment partner after the holding period expires.

Forwarding & Redirection

Once a package has been shipped, requests for forwarding or address redirection are handled directly by the carrier. Lukeministries is not liable for packages lost, delayed, or damaged after shipment rerouting has been requested.

Customized & Made-to-Order Products

Certain customized or made-to-order items may require additional processing time depending on product complexity and production requirements.

If extended processing time is necessary, our support team will contact you using the email address provided during checkout.

Shipping Limitations

At this time, we only ship within the Continental United States.

We currently do not ship to:
